Training in the classroom or lecture theatre does not work. This type of training does not enable DOING. Simulation based training and assessment has been used by the military, aviation and medical industries for years, because these professions know that simulation based training and assessment works.

The enormity of this problem was highlighted by recent ADP research on the 20th of Feb, which showed that  60% of Employee Turnover is Voluntary, Surprising Employers Who Could Have Predicted it in advance. This figure demonstrates how critically important it is to get the right talent for the right role, onboard talent correctly and support talent throughout their careers.
